anyone try the honey shine yet i just started a sample batch to check it out if a week or two
and i have a new all glass pot distiller lab set on the way"

and i have a new all glass pot distiller lab set on the way I'm having some of the same problem. I distilled a couple of 5-gallon batches of mead that never tasted good, and I thought it would be just junk alcohol, so when I heard about the new microwave aging process, I thought, ""what the hell, I'll try it on the mead, and if it bombs, nothing's lost"". It's turned out to be a favorite drink of mine, neat or on the rocks. To me it sips like a whiskey, a very nice whiskey, and my whiskey-sippin' old fart friends agree. When people ask me what it is, I never knew what to say, until now. It's bee whiskey."
