Coco Potein (Irish for moonshine)
(coconut moonshine)

12lbs cane sugar
32oz corn syrup (kayro)
2lbs yellow corn meal
2 14oz coconut flakes
1 pineapple (cut into small chunks)
2 cans frozen pina coloda concentrate

Add corn meal, coconut flakes, and pineapple chunks
into large pot. Put heat on high and cook to 152 degeres
constantly stirring (or it will burn)
add 2 tbl spoons Amylase stirring constantly for 60 minutes

Add contents to 5 gallon bucket.
Add sugar to pot and cook till dissolved
add this to your 5 gallon bucket
add corn syrup, and pina coloda mix
top off bucket with water and mix together well..
when cools down to below 100 degrees add turbo yeast
stir till well mixed
close container and let it do its thing then put into
Pot distiller
this yeilds about 10 pints of 180+ proof in a 10 gallon batch
goes geat with root beer

what kind of whiskeys were they ? Did you get any good recipes ?

DD These Irishmen owned companies that had their own brands. I would like to make one comment. There were 3 irish whiskeys. I hate the taste of any whiskey unless it is in a mixed drink. BUT BUT BUT I took small nips of each one of these and the three actually had flavors that I enjoyed. What a surprise to me.
