Welcome txshtr. Lots of good info here. The 8 gal boiler is great. I have come to the conclusion that no matter what size boiler you get, you will eventually want the other also. (I have the other) Good luck, be safe and read, read, read.

Well seeing how i went way over my budget already I will have to live with the 8. Picked everything up from Brewhaus yesterday and wow does she look awesome. Now I need to way for my burner to arrive so I can start playing around. Oh well I really need to wait until after Christmas so I don't have a house full of guests when I get going. I think 2014 is going to be a great year.
