The PS11 HC will do anything you want. I would suggest a 1"NPT fitting added so you can go electric. Makes things a lot easier

Thnx, I think I will order the silver starter kit for fermenter. Get my mash started. On the fermenting side would you add to that order?

Welcome KipT. Silver kit will be fine. The only thing you don't need that comes with it is the Turbo yeast. I suppose using it for your sacraficial run is ok. lol. I also would include a second submersible pump w/ your still so you can have separate cooling systems. Good luck and be safe.

"Welcome KipT to the Brewhaus Forum and welcome to hobby distilling. Did you know there is an initiation process? Yep! I ain't hard, it don't take long and it won't cost much. Members of the hobby distilling network, specifically the Brewhausforum, are working to persuade Congress and the TTB to legalize hobby distilling just like hobby beer and wine making was legalized in the late 1970s. We have put together a very well written and very simple document to present to Congress. As part of your initiation, you are asked to read the document (attached). If you like and agree with it then we ask you take another step and send it to your congressional representations (both senators and your congressional representative. You say you live in middle Tennessee - do you by chance live in the 6th district? That district is represented by Diane Black, a conservative republican, who is on the Ways and Means Committee - see the thread on the Ways and Means Committee. She is one of the ones that we are targeting specifically because of her prominence on that committee. If you don't live in the 6th district, that's OK. You are still requested to send our proposal to the representative of your district. If you have a buddy or relative who lives in the 6th district why not ask them to send it in for you? The only other part of your initiation is to send any contacts you make to me - I ask for the date you mail or email our proposal and the congressperson you send it to. Your name (real or false) is not recorded. You can see the contacts made so far on the Congressional Tracking Report thread in this forum. If you have any questions or comments, we are all here to help I can be contacted on this forum or at allibugger yahoo.com. Again, Welcome to our group.
