I made 1st batch of DWWG with great results. On my way to another...
It took a minute. Started out slow and had a surge in temp. That caught me by surprise (85F to 185F). Got her under control and ran
174F solid. 2nd round has FG of .992 w/OG of 1.085. 11.6 percent.
The PSII is a champ.

I bet you are using gas to heat right??? If so it can get away from you pretty quick but no worries just turn it back down....as you go you will learn when and where to start the adjustment so it will SLOWLY creep up to where you want to run your unit, that just right temp if you will. You'll get....happy hoochin.

Nice going Shining. My PSII does the same thing. I use a digital remote thermometer and set the alarm for 75 F. When the alarm goes off i know the temp is about to jump. Have fun and be safe.
