I recently bought the pro II still. Perhaps I missed something but does one of the cooling lines attach to a normal kitchen faucett? Also, the literature didn't really say what the capacity of the cooker is. One of the customer reviews said that he recently made a 25 liter ,just over 6 gallons, run, which was a clue that it was about the size I wanted.

Please let me know if you received the instruction booklet with your unit. There was a brief time where we were out of them, but we thought we had sent a copy out to everyone who did not get a copy with their unit. It should explain all of the connections for you.

You can set the unit up either from a standard hose bib, or to recycle using the submersible pump.

Thank you, Rick. That submersible pump... does the unit come with one or is this an add-on?

The complete systems all include a submersible pump.
