I am distilling with gas and have been doing it the same way as always. The last couple of runs, the temp would not get above 172. I am using turbo yeast. Never had this happen before. Can anyone help me? Thanks Paulnl

More detail would help, but if you can't get above 172 then you aren't throwing enough heat into it. Check your tank, regulator, hoses for blockage.

The last time this happened to me I put a fresh tank of propane on the burner and it went off like brand new.

Agreed - check the regulator,nd make sure no spiders previously set up shop in the venturi and left no obstructions behind if it's been awhile...
