I have two mashes going right now. the question that i have is both are 5 gal and i was wondering if i can run them together or should i run them by themselves? they both are the same (corn). The reason that i am asking is that i have a 15gal pot and i have never gone anything less then that so I'm not sure if i would put the 5gal in and put some water in to get close to the 15gal or run them both and just let it at 10 gal. any ideas?

yeah like diesel said, run em together. Why do you think you have to have 15 gallons in the boiler to make a run? It does make for a shorter day to make a five gallon run vs a 10-15 gallon but unless you have an internal element that needs to be covered you sure can do either.
You could do five today and five tomorrow for example, ya know?
