Does anyone know of a table that can convert the temperature difference when using an alcohol meter that is calculated for 60F ?

diesel, Are you referring to the abv adjustment when the temperature is something other than 60F? That is, converting apparent proof to true proof? If so, that would be the Gauging Manual,Table 1: http://www.ttb.gov/foia/...anual_Tables/Table_1.pdfIf you're an HDA member, you can download the calculator -- it'll do the calculation for you and it'll calculate dilution volumes as well. --JB

Hey guys, I'm having some difficulty reading that chart will someone go to it and look up 120 proof hooch and get an actual proof at room temp of lets say 76 degrees F? I never cool my hooch to 60F but also didn't know that the actual proof could be off by as much as I THINK I found in the chart. Help a brother out plz.............

If I'm reading the chart right a reading of 120 proof @76F would be really be 113.7 proof. A big difference from 60F
