Hi all, I have a heating plate, and do not know if i should modify it like brewhaus shows, so it does not recirculate heat. It takes about 3 to 4 hr to heat up. I do not want any answers involving gas stoves, or turkey dep frier.

YOU SHOULD TRY A TURKEY FRIER!! JK BUT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS WHICH ONE DO YOU HAVE I HAVE THE 1100 W ONE AND REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT EVERYONE IS TALKING ABOUT WITH TGHE CYCLING. ALSO RICK HAS A LINK TO DIRECTIONS THAT SHOW YOU HOW TO DO IT. ILL TRY TO FIND IT.
