Rank: Guest Groups: Guests Joined: 2/10/2002(UTC) Posts: 5,254		I did it the same as any other distillation, I collect about 1/2 cup of the first runnings and then dump that and then collected the middle for my best product then the tails to be ran with the next batch. I have some wonderful grappa. Good luck if you have any other questions just let me know.
