Thanks for the forum. Reading some great topics! Fairly new to the hobby and too hope the movement one day becomes a reality. After all its just a hobby. Seems a natural progression from my home brewing hobby. I love the science part, experimenting, and the go with your senses! Using an 8 gallon dual traditional - reflux set up...sweet! This hobby goes great with chillin on the porch, smokin some pork, pickin a guitar, and sippin some fine.
