Has anyone ever used these. I was wondering if they would be safe.

Hey dieselduo,

They look pretty cool...there's a cap that covers the pour spigot...I guess it would work like a normal spirit bottle pourer...they're for more frequent pouring cause they don't have a cap...just sayn'.

the Acrylic is more of a non-porous material then plastic....wouldn't concern myself with leaching.
it is only touching the acrylic when actually pouring anyway....

Hey Diesel, my wife got me several of them whilst we were on vaca in Gatlinburg Tn and they leak around the seal, not because of the hooch but they just do. It's a cool idea buuuuuut...

Hope you're havin a great day...

Sometimes just a bit of saran wrap on the threads is just enough to prevent the leaking...

the ones that I have don't have a thread, and that's why they leak I think -- just no way to actually tighten them, it's just a push on O ring type thingy. I like the idea but I don't think they were thought out completely or maybe it's a way to keep the price down. IDK..
