Hey guys newbie here. I am working on a few differant flavors to try and made a batch of blueberry pie today. The syrup mix taste good but the second I add in the alcohol it curdles or atleast that's what it looks like. Have I done something wrong is this normal?

syrup mix huh....I don't know anybody that uses syrup so I'm sorry I cant help.
