Good day to you all. I'm Morty and nice to meet you all. I'm new to the site and to the world of distilling.The equipment I have the Essential Extractor PSII high Cap. I just un-boxed it and did a successful steam test. I'll have lot of questions coming up shortly for everyone jump in and help the newbe not blow himself up. LOL. I thank you in advance for all the help and info you can provide

I currently make drunkin Pineapple and Kuala. Then I want to do some infusing after stilled. Then Id like to use fruit and potatoes as a mast so see what come out.
