I got my first still in June of 2014. Today I'm running a Essential Extractor PSII high Cap. Before I started my goal was to eventually make some shine that was worth drinking. I'm 62 years old and lived in East Tennessee all my life and been drinking shine all my life. I never had any that I thought was worth drinking. Much to my surprise my fifth batch was the smoothest likker I had ever had. Today I would put mine up against any commercial whiskey on the market. This is a great hobby.

Mostly UJSSM with corn and sweet feed and some light rum. Right now I have a UJSSM using corn and brown sugar going. I run everything twice and age on local white oak. I just love this hobby.
