Hi im not new to the forum i have not been on in a while and used to be on a diffrent account i cannot retrieve as mr. x I had a thought last night about trying to use my old mash tun from brewing to ferment in and once fermentation is complete or close drop in some dry ice to freeze the water out of the ethanol also would drop all the yeast to the bottom and possibly preserve it to start the next batch then open the valve and drain off liquor. Anyone heard of this before or try anything similar. I know dry ice is -109ish degrees and ethanol freezes at -173.5 degrees (farenhight numbers) am i dumb or genius also have i overlooked anything
