How might one do this himself?
If i sprout some corn and then dry it will this work the same pound for pound?,for flaked corn,
What are some thoughts?

This would be awfully difficult to duplicate at home. The corn is hot-rolled to gelatinize it, making the starches easily disperse in hot mash water. Also, corn is not generally malted, although I have heard of people trying this at home.
