Searching for a recipe for my 20 gallon still. I ferment in 35 gallon barrels to make 20 gallon wash. But I am having a problem with getting the right ratio of strawberries, bananas and sugar. I did read where it was suggested to fill the thumper with strawberry/ banana blend to infuse for a stronger taste.
