I Made my recipe and cooled down to pitch temp, airated and pitched turbo yeast and capped off with my airlock. 3hrs later it was starting to bubble, 12 hrs it was going super fast, and ran that way for 2 days, then slowed down to about every 1-2 seconds for 2 more days then was going to bubble every 1 minute next day stopped. pulled a sample for hydrometer test, and im showing 0-None on alcolol
can someone explain this how this could happen

A hydrometer will measure the density of a liquid relative to water. It does not directly read alcohol percentage, but the potential alcohol if the increased density is all caused by dissolved sugar and they all ferment out.

If you take a reading before pitching your yeast and again after fermentation then you can calculate the amount of alcohol produced. If you did not take a starting gravity reading then the alcohol produced can only be estimated.
