Gi'day to you all.
I am relatively new to the world of distilling. Since the start of Covid, lock-downs I've spent more time on my hobby.
I started with an Alembic Pot Still and moved to a 2", 4 plate reflux still for neutral spirits, up to 92% ABV
My pot still is still my "go-to" for distilling with flavour, rum and fruit washes.
I have to say my experience has been trial and error, if there is a mistake to be made, I've made I've probably made it. From sugar wash to all-grain!
However, it's been an enjoyable journey and I get a lot of satisfaction from my hobby.
I'm now experimenting with wood and ageing - a whole new subject.
