made some grape shine lastnight did not come out good. it was water down real bad. have not proofed it yet.

Apollo, Was hopeing to make some myself soon- from concentrate. Could you post your rec. and suggest any changes, also your ABV when you check it. Did you pot still or reflux, or in between?

I used:
4 gal distilled water
10lbs sugar
4 big cans of welchs grape concentare
1 bag of 48 turbo
sit for about 7 days stirred it everyday.
still i have its a beer keg abd 2' copper tubing they say all you have to do is cook once. no two or three time.
