"From what I understand, most alcoholometers are calibrated for measuring at 60 deg F. Of course, as things come out, the temp is usually higher, in the 70s or 80s. I figure as sample gets warmer it is less dense and thus the little glass floater tube sinks lower and reads higher than the actual percentage or proof, but by how much?

So my question is, does anyone have any adjustment scale for measuring at a higher temp. I figure I can get a sample at various temps and make one, but didn't want to reinvent the wheel. It sure would be handy to not have to run the sample in and cool it down to 60 just to measure content.
