"Hi...2 quick questions,, Just recieved the PS II extractor and started to assemble it... I was left with 1 Keg O-Ring....do I need this ring cause I cant see where it would go... 2) I have the copper mesh packing and if I use the reflux method....do I pack the upper and lower columns or just the bottom?? ...thanks "

Pack the whole column, and then stuff some small balls of copper around the cooling tubes to make them more efficient."

the o ring goes between the tower and keg. you want that seal so you don't have blowoff at that joint. nobody likes losing skin.
