"I ordered the Essential Extractor Pro Series 11. It worked better then I had hoped for. Great product, easy to set up and use. My first run I was able to get 92% using the Turbo 48 yeast . The 1100 W hot plate was slow to bring up to a boil but worked perfect once up to temp. highly recommended. "After many 12 hour plus runs, I made a new head and condencer. The condencer will knock down everything i can throw at it with my 2000 and 1500 watt heat elements. This cut my run times way down. with the colum packed i run 12 gallons in 4 hours    "
