"Here it is! I built myself an electric keg this weekend and did a short water only test run to look for leaks.

All I can say is wow, she heats up fast with one 1500 watt heater and one 2500 watt heater.

I'm going to do a stripping run of UJSM this weekend."

"Nice! Is that a 3"" column you're running??

Im building a similar electric keg set up & debating on whether to purchase the PSII or the PS2 High capacity to put on it. Ill be running 2 x 2000 watt elements - the second one will be on a variac to control the temp after heat up. just wondering if that's enough juice for the 3"" column.
