"I sumitted an order on 1/28/08. When I check the status on your website, it says my order is ""pending"". What does that mean? It hasn't been shipped yet? Or it hasn't arrived yet (?) which I already know.

"Thank you, Rick. Perhaps it is my poor eye-sight, but I don't see an email address of phone number on your websight. The ""contact us"" launches my work email utility which I can't use for communicating non-corporate business.
I won't give my customer ID, but the order number is 24210.
If you would post a phone number I will call you tomorrow.
