8Kg Turbo Stalled... Can I start it again?

25L wash running for 14 days and has stopped - no bubbling at all and is at a even 1000. I did not check it at start but at day 3 it was at ~1040.
The entire process this time has been very slow and reaction has been very mild compared to previous sugar washes.
I have a bottle of nutrients from Brewhaus - but so far have never had to add it as the Turbo's come with enough to do a 25L batch.
I prep'd this one like normal. Sugar in hot water and top it up to 25L leaving the starting temp was 20c. Stirred in the yeast - and continued stirring for about 3 minutes or so. At day 3 when I checked the gravity the temp was at 19c. This was a bit too cool for me so I soaked the bucket in a warm tub for a few hours and slowly raised the temp to 25c. At day 8 I removed 2 gallons of wash and filled with aireated 25c water. It seemed to want to start but no go. Slight bubbling for 12 hours or so then back to nothing.
By now I would assume all nutrients are gone.
I do have packages of turbo48 and an additional package of 8Kg Turbo.
Can I start this back up or should I split it and try to start the new ones? Of so, how do I restart or split it without stressing or killing the yeast?

billybob Hey Billy. With a TSG at 1000, I doubt seriosly you could restart it with that much alchohal already in it. Run it. It shouldn't be sweet or hardly so at that gravity. You didn't mention how much sugar you used, but would suggest a bit less in your next run with that same turbo. Faster and cleaner ferment, and less chance of sticking. Run it, enjoy it, and start ya a new batch. John"

"Thanks mtnwalker2
I mixed it at spec. 18lbs of sugar and it was supposed to run up to 20%.
I never get quite what the turbos are supposed to produce. I nursed this one along best I could it seems. Another 24 hours to settle, I'll throw in some clearing agent and move on :)
You're right though. Its not overly sweet and the alcohol is there.
kudos
