"I used my PSII high capacity for the first time today. The spirit came off all cloudy during the stripping run. I am using propane. Did I run it at too high a temp. and too fast? How fast should I heat it up? How long should a run take?

My wash is 1:4 molasses to water, fermented out to apx. 6%-6-5% abv. The run started at 55% abv. and ran out to 25% for an average of 45% abv.

I have enough to do four more runs and will get back to it in the morning. Thanks."

You probably ran it too hard, and it boiled up into the column, making your distillate cloudy. Its called puking.Just run the cloudy stuff again, and back down the heat on the next runs.
