"Hello all,
Got a short question. When making a corn mash and using the distillers whisky yeast with AG that brewhaus sells, do I need to and nutrients to the mash or will the corn be enough for the yeast? By the way, I'm using the flaked mazie from brewhaus.
Thanks!
TS"

I would think the corn and yeast would be enough.Ive used it on a UJSM style ferment with cracked corn and sugar, and it gave a real good whiskey flavor.
