"hello

im fermenting potato & a lil sugar mash, approx 10L total (80/20 pot to sugar)...after 2 days using 1/2 bag of vodka yeast w/ ag, the airlock bubbles have stopped...the mash smells a lil sweet, like wine, and the mash is fizzing....i did a SG at start and was approx 1.075, now is 1.000; 9.4% abv.....

should i leave it for a few more days/week? its in a 30L bucket, should i transfer to a smaller, or is it just toast?Sad

If your SG is down to 1.000 then the yeasties have eaten all the sugar. I'd wait another day & then rack it off to settle for a couple of weeks. Be sure to keep an airlock on it.
