"I did a Turbo 48 wash earlier this summer but have yet to get around to distilling it. I'd say at this point the wash is 4 months old. It has been under an airlock since day 1 and has settled quite nicely.
Question is Is it still good?
How long can one expect a wash to last before distilling?

I would taste it, if not a vinegar taste it should be fine.

I had five gallons of merlot wine that has been sitting for over a year and a half! The water had evaporated from my air lock about six months ago. Decided to distill it, distillate tasted great! Give it a shot...
