Getting this unit in a few weeks and trying to learn everything I can before it arrives. this is the 30 quart unit. How much should I be putting in to begin with. Ive been reading as much as I can on this forum and homedistiller.org from minute I get home til sleepy time. Some scuff is just very hard to find, Ive heard 3/4 full so is 22 quarts about right? Do I put in pure mash the first time and strip run this fast the do a full reflux?
