Does anyone know if Brewhaus is obligated to, or has given records to the governement if requested. I know under subpoena they have to but has anyone ever inquired if Brewhaus has released or has been asked to release records to the government? Are they obligated to produce and if so what is/has been produced? I assume buying products, distillers etc is legal since this is an operating site. Im sure Brewhaus is not liable for what people do with the equipment once it is sold but is it technically legal to own a piece of this equipment? Paranoia has not set in but I am wondering what happens if I buy a piece of equipment, can the man come knocking?

It is legal to own a still, it's illegal to distill alcohol here in the U.S.

I very highly dought theyde come looking for you if your buying this size still, if you were purchasing an oil tank sized still then I do think helicopters would be doing some fly-bys though. Another note is to keep your column and pot in seperate spots in your house just in case, if they see the boiler sitting there 98% of people would not have a clue what it is, if all assembled standing there then it is quite obvious.

If the government knocked on my door, I think I could make a good argument that the alcohol is part of an experiment to make my own fuel for my sailboat.
