"I've read the entire www.homedistiller.org site and I'm still unsure about this. My plan is use the Gold Fermentation Kit with 48 hour turbo yeast provided. My room where I'll be doing the fermentation/distilling is always between 64-74(f) year round. Will I need a heater for the fermentation?  "
