"I'm thinking about buying a Digital Thermometer, looked at the unit BH offers. It looks to have a probe on the end of leads that then connect to the meter. For my setup I don't have a place to place the meter. I've seen other units that are just a probe connected directly to the meter. So the meter will just be on the top of the probe that goes through the bung. No dingles or dangles.  "
