"Now that Memorial Day has officially come and gone it"s really starting to feel like summer! Here"s a couple quick and easy, refreshing cocktails for the season. Cheers!

Mata Hari Lime Cooler

1 1/2 oz. Absinthe Mata Hari
1 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. fresh sour mix
Soda water (to top)

Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into an iced Collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime slice.

Spring Blossom

1 1/2 oz. OVAL vodka
1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 oz. soda water
Stalk of lemongrass for garnish

Shake first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into an iced highball glass, top with soda water, and garnish with lemongrass."
