What type of digital thermometer should I purchase, something simple. and where is the best place to purchase. Brewhaus has a digital but it gets a bad review.

If you are not in a rush, then I would hold off. We have something new coming that will be worth the wait.

If memory serves, there is not a tenth of a degree readout, but keep in mind that most digital thermometers (aside from extremely costly ones) have about a 3 degree spread on accuracy, anyway. A tenth readout is for show only. The meter that we will be bringing has a tighter accuracy, but still not to under a degree.

We are not certain yet, as we are awaiting confirmation from the manufacturer. As soon as we receive them we will certainly let everyone know.
