"What is glycerin for? I read it's a sweet clear liquid, but what would you use it for.
Clearing agents, any suggestions just thought I would ask."

just me Winnah! It will take the edge off of a rougher product & make a good one very good. Use very sparingly.

I assume that glycerine use varies by ABV....does 'sparingly' mean a few drops or a tablespoon or two into 355/750ml? Been making it for a while, and am new to glycerine use in my product. (although I do formulate product recipes with it a work quite often)"

http://homedistiller.org/ go to the top of the web page. there are yellow tabs that have drop down menus. your browser may block it. it is one of the best sites to read. it will tell you things you didn't know you needed . i hope this helps.
