"My hot plate's element burned into two pieces. BroilKing has asked me to send it in for checking. Don't know if they will fix or replace under warranty? Bought 03/09 from BH. I doubt if usage it might be the issue as I've used it allot. A batch once a week is abuse!
The folks at Broil King said this unit is discontinued and they may not have parts.
Rick BH isn't standing behind this either. Out the door out a luck! If you ya get your hand shook and money took. Latter dude!

I would like to correct any misunderstanding. At no point did I say that we would not stand behind the item, but as you were already working with BroilKing I simply asked you to let us know what they do for you. There are plenty of people on here that will attest to the fact that we always take care of our customers, and service does not end when the shipment leaves our warehouse.
