Sparkaloid is a clearing agent. (((I prefer super klear)) Clearing agents of this type are added after fermentation is complete and after you have allowed the wash to settle a bit. First rack of the settled lees then add your clearing agent. i allow a week with super kleer-- then rack again..

i have been reading about sparkaloid and folks say it is very slow.-i really dont know but anything that promises results in one shot may be something to avoid.---super kleer is 2 pks of liquid.

shorturl

since i see fermenting a wash the same as fermenting juice for wine i find this product best

do a lot of reading on both. i just dont like one shot stuff:)
