quick question how much distilled water do you add per gallon or half gallon of 130proof to reach about 90 proof. Thanks

The best way to do this is to use an alcoholmeter. Mix some in, take a reading, mix in some more. There is a calculator at: http://www.brewhaus.com/Calculators_s/46.htm But the alcoholmeter is the best method. Cheers.
