I have an easystill works great. But it takes like 4 runs to process the 6 gal of fermented sugarwater. Will the essential extractor run the whole 6 gal all at once? Do you need to place the unit on a heater? If yes which heater? I would like to speed up the process of distilling if possible

You can run the 6 gallons through the EE HC in pot still mode in 2-3 hrs depending on your choice of heat source. The run time doesn't include the initial heat up. If you have a 'mega' propane heat source you can do it a lot faster. With my 1500 watt hot plate I can figure on about 3 1/2 - 4 hours for everything. There are a lot of variables that could affect the actual time . Running in the 'reflux' mode you add more time.

How long does it take you to run 6 gallons through your easystill?
