"I'm pretty new to this hobby and have only used Turbo Yeast and sugar washes......but.... I'd like to try some other mash recipies, but am not sure how to go about it. Does anyone have a simple mash recipe that uses either corn or grain to make whiskey or vodka? Never made a mash before, so I'd love to hear how to go about doing it and what type of yeast to use (can you still use a turbo yeast with corn/grain? "

" http://homedistiller.org/forum/...opic.php?f=14&t=9981Try this. This is not a grain mash. But this will give you a nice wheat carry over. It will also give you somemore info with which to reference."

Either. It depends how one distills it. And weather or not you choose to age on oak.
Greygoose is made with wheat as the base material lets not forget."
