Using and easystill ( Brewhause 1 gallon water distiller converted) Im trying to figure out how to do a stripping run with a sugar wash done with turbo 48. My question is after the initial several runs I just put all the distilate together which is about a gallon. Should I dilute this with water before going back into the still. Should I run it through carbon before it goes back in the still. Do I need to discard the foreshots again on the 2nd run? I ask because we usually run it once and it gives me a headache pretty quickly. Im assuming its either because its too strong or something.

you need to dilute it to 40% before you do a 2nd run.more runs make a better product.with the easystill you have to really watch your cuts. don't use carbon until it is ready to bottle.
you don't need to toss the foreshots on the 2nd run.
