"General usage rates for Distiller's Nutrients based on desired fermentable alcohol potential:
8%- 1.5g per L of mash
11%- 2g per L of mash
14%- 2.6g per L of mash
18%- 4.8g per L of mash
1g = 1ml (1/5 tsp)
For example, to make a 25L mash at 18%:
4.8g x 25L = 120g (120ml (24 tsp))
just my note.
i dont think one gram always equals 1 ml unless it refers to only this product. scotty :)"

"Thanks for the reply. Did not try clicking on details. Been using Liquor Quick (115gr per 25ltr-with a few ""extra ingredients"") and getting 22% with Crosby and Baker. Want to switch to buying from Brewhaus (Milehi now) for supplies. Thanks again."

Thanks again. good choice. It's nice to support the team that gives us this great forum to sahre with. I haven't checked i a long time, but I do wish they would carry the cheap bulk mash enzymes like mile high does. It's one of their biggist callin card amongst grain brewers. And very cheap. HELLLO Rick!"

I believe that what you are referring to are: www.brewhaus.com/Alpha-Amylase-Enzyme-1lb-P1282C91.aspx and www.brewhaus.com/Gluco-Amylase-Enzyme-Amyloglucosidase-1lb-P1298.aspx And I believe that our prices are about the lowest that you will find. Rick
