"It will be vodka- I'm using a simplified carbon filtering method-- i hope it works. The stuff didnt smell bad before i added the carbon though. I really would like a method where the alcohol flows slowly through the carbon but the rig with the pipe requires some sort of stand-- has no cover or handle and i'm short I hope to male a rig with a 4 or 6 inch pipe that is only a bit over 1 foot long not counting the bucket.  "

"boy what a mess. I didnt wash the carbon first. I have filtered the vodka 3 times so far. it is almost as clear as it should be.
when in doubt read the destructions."
