hey guys, i am using turbo pure 48 and when i run the feremented mash through the ,reflux, still, a little over half the distillate is ethyl acetate. is this normal? is there anything i can do to prevent ethyl acetate from being produced???

turbo pure, feremented to dryness at about 18 percent approx 22C

also, does anyones mash finish ferementing in a week and clear in 2 days? my process seems to take about a month
