Whooplah, everyone!

I had to leave my cavern at the top of the hill, 42oo' and descend to 1100' to the farm, where my wife and youngest daughter are watching over affairs and takeing care of their horses. They were quite sick, and when I got them to the clinic 104 temps. and strep throat. They are better now and I'm back in my cave. Horses fed and all.

What fun and learning experiance I have been missing.

Appollo, Please to share with me also, your recipies. A very dear friend to my family was a Greek named Jimmy Hassis, or better known as Jimmy the Greek, who had perhaps the the most personal and quality restraunt in Orlando, Fla. His restraunt served alligater tail to wild boar, to quality sheep and goat dishes. He was originally from SC also, as was my family. Small world, just wondering. He would come visit, to enjoy our fishing in NC at our farm, bring his own pans, and would cook. He couldn't, or smartly wouldn't scale down his recipeis, so the menu was always for 2 gal. of food or more, which was very much appreciated. We had lots of freezer bags. Hope to carry him down a locker of hybrid brim fillets, which is his favorite this spring.

Please share with us your tecipies, as I would love to carry and deliver in person, a hand crafted bottle of any and all to him. He can no longer travel.

You people, have done such a super job in support of each other, I join PJ in sayeing you're the best.

John,
Was that a tavern or a cavern you have at the top of the hill? And was it your wife and daughter that were sick, or the horses? In either case I hope everyone is well by now, lucky they have you.
I'm thinking of bringing a portable porch to Georgia. Whatd'ya think?
Take care.
Yours,
PJ Lily

PJ

Theres definately a tavern inside this here cavern. Thanks, the girls are all better now. The horses never get sick as they get better care than people.

All the comforts of home, everyone needs a porch to sip on. Sounds like you and White Water will be well practiced for GA.
