"""A very high quality 1100W hotplate. Our testing of this unit shows the heat to remain constant when set at maximum. If cycling is noticed, a simple adaptation will eliminate this from occurring.""
I find that turning this baby on all the way will start a boil in my essential extractor in about an hour and a half or so. Usually before it starts a roar, I kick it down to about ""2"" before it starts to get angry. For me, ""2"" seems to be a sweet spot but I think the drip is still faster then I like. If I drop it below 2, it starts to cycle. I've been getting a consistent 92% for the majority of the time. The end product is a bit sweeter then I'de like and I think if I can get it just a bit slower, I should be able to get a more neutral taste.
So, if I want to take it a bit slower, what is this adaptation that is described for the 1100w plate?
Happy customer :)
Thanks!"
